On May 30, 2024, the Venerable Master Hsing Yun Digital Humanities Research and Development Center held its first consultation meeting for the “Venerable Master Hsing Yun Digital Humanities” system platform construction project. The meeting took place on the 4th floor of Yunqi Building at Fo Guang University.The session was chaired by Shu-Hsien Tseng, Director of the Venerable Master Hsing Yun Digital Humanities Research and Development Center.

The discussions emphasized the need for the center to adopt forward-thinking strategies and leverage innovative technologies to enhance the connectivity and accessibility of various types of data. This will not only create more opportunities but also cater to diverse user needs. The goal is to advance the digital archiving and application of Venerable Master Hsing Yun’s works, including his publications, audio-visual content, images, and documentary materials.
